• Numwa secondary school has a complement of 14 highly qualified and motivated teachers inclusive of the head; the school also has 1 Clerk and 2 security guards.

• The school teaching staff has a complement of 7 females and 7 males.

• The staff is dedicated to duty. Members of staff are prepared to go an extra mile to assist learners perform optimally in their academics.

• The staff is also committed to ensure that all learners are disciplined and will not turn a blind eye to any act of indiscipline.

The school offers the ZIMSEC Curriculum in all the learning areas except for Computer Studies where it offers HEXCO National Foundation Certificate (HEXCO NFC) courses.
