Numwa Secondary school welcomes all ability learners, as the school has the capacity to assist them to do better, regardless of ability levels. The school also takes in learners from all social backgrounds; above of all the school heartily welcomes all learners who have the zeal to excel in their studies.

The enrolment of new learners to Numwa secondary school has to be according to the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) standards. The school considers such documents as and as mandatory documents for any new learner to have any chance of being considered for enrolment; especially those wishing to join in forms 2 to 4. For form 1 enrolment; an and an are a prerequisite.
